CREATE YOUR SPACE
Sign up at ryvka.xyz with your email. Click Create, name your space, confirm your location. Under 60 seconds.
DISPLAY YOUR QR CODE
Download your QR code from the dashboard. Print it and place it where guests arrive — your entrance, counter, door, or stage.
CHECK YOUR DASHBOARD
Every scan appears in your dashboard instantly. See who showed up, how often they return, and when your peak moments are. Data you've never had access to before.
WHAT WE ASK FROM PILOT HOSTS
- Deploy the QR code at your space for at least 30 days
- Inform attendees that Ryvka is in use (check-in is always voluntary)
- Provide honest feedback after the pilot period
- Allow Ryvka to reference your organization as a pilot partner (anonymized data only, with your approval)
