Checking in with Ryvka is always voluntary. Always. No exceptions.

You are never required to scan a QR code. You are never required to share your location. You are never required to provide your email. No host, venue, organization, or event may require Ryvka check-in as a condition of entry or participation.

If you choose not to check in, you may still attend the space or event. Ryvka does not control access to any space. Ryvka is a verification system, not a gatekeeper.

If you have previously checked in and want your record removed:

• Contact privacy@ryvka.xyz with your request
• Your personal identifiers will be removed or anonymized
• The anonymized record metadata may persist as part of the verified presence graph

Ryvka does not penalize, restrict, disadvantage, or treat differently any person who chooses not to check in. This is a core principle of verified presence infrastructure:
