Terms of Service
Effective date: June 7, 2026
By accessing or using Ryvka, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Ryvka is a verified presence infrastructure platform. It enables hosts to register physical spaces and events, generate QR codes for those spaces, and capture geolocation-verified, cryptographically signed presence records when attendees scan the QR code on arrival.
Accounts are created via email-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for all activity under your account.
By creating a space or event on Ryvka, you agree to:
- Inform attendees that presence verification is in use at your space
- Ensure that check-in is always voluntary — no person may be required to scan as a condition of entry or participation
- Use presence data responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
- Not use Ryvka for covert surveillance, tracking individuals without their knowledge or consent, discriminatory practices, or any unlawful purpose
By scanning a Ryvka QR code and completing the check-in process, you consent to:
- Your device's GPS coordinates being captured and verified against the registered space location
- A Verified Presence Record being created containing your verified coordinates, timestamp, and email identifier
- The host of the space receiving aggregate analytics derived from check-in activity (the host does not receive your personal information)
You may decline to check in at any time. Check-in is always voluntary.
- Attendees own their individual Verified Presence Records
- Hosts have access to aggregate analytics about activity at their registered spaces
- Ryvka retains the right to use anonymized, aggregate data for platform improvement, market research, and industry insights
Verified Presence Records are immutable. Once created, they cannot be altered, edited, or deleted from the system by any party, including Ryvka. Personal identifiers can be anonymized upon user request, but the underlying record metadata persists.
The Ryvka platform, including its name, design, code, and the concept of Verified Presence Infrastructure, is the intellectual property of Daily Era. Patent pending.
You may not:
- Use Ryvka to track individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Create fraudulent spaces or events
- Attempt to forge, alter, or fabricate presence records
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or duplicate the platform
Ryvka is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Daily Era is not liable for decisions made based on presence data, for service interruptions, or for any damages arising from use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
